Director
3 Willows utilises the experience of its Director, who has 18+ years’ experience in the property industry, and established consultants.
Between 2004 and 2014, Carl has worked alongside Stoford, a Midland-based development company, where he was responsible for the development of retail and mixed use projects. Prior to this, he predominantly worked within the licensed trade, creating a tenanted public house company with 9 outlets in the Oxfordshire area.
Carl has worked closely with numerous occupiers, land owners, councils and national house builders to successfully create and refurbish a number of neighbourhood shopping centres. He has also been involved in several urban regeneration projects.
