Established in 2014, 3 Willows Limited is a specialist development company set up to create high quality Retail, Leisure and Mixed Use developments nationally.

Owned and operated by Carl Stacey, who had previously worked alongside Stoford Developments, delivering a number of significant schemes since 2004.

3 Willows manages projects in its own right but also works in partnership with other Development Companies and National House Builders.

3 Willows specialises in delivering occupier requirements and providing solutions for land owners by unlocking opportunities and maximising value through design and delivery.  3 Willows has already established strong relationships across a wide ranging portfolio of occupiers, funders and property companies.
